Beachy

Benjamin, Henry and Luna

Good news! Our beach problem was solved! Despite, Saturday being a pretty hot day, things cooled off in the evening and we made a mad dash to the beach.

It was quite breezy out, but that only helped cool the pugs even more. Plus, the water temp must have been around 69° or 70° so the pugs had fun splashing around in the ocean. Heck, even I went in up to my knees.

I took a ton of pictures, so I think this week's theme is going to be scenes from the beach. For those still battling cold weather or heaven forbid snow, if you can't escape to a warm sandy destination we'll bring the warm weather and beach to you. grin

AAAWWW   Thanks Corinne… Our weekend consisted of cold, windy and wet temps…  after supper sunday nihgt, the sun did make an appearance.  We are still making fires in our wood stove.
So, here’s dreaming of warmer weather and beach days!

Just look at them splashing around in the surf!  Soooooo jealous….I currently have a sweater on and my heater going, yes, please show me why I should NOT be living in conditions such as these!

Big smooches to you Henry, Ben, and Looney…so happy to hear the beach weekend was a success and can’t wait to see more pics!

That picture does look heavenly. They look like they are having a blast. We are still having wildfires in Texas. Right now the humidity is up a little bit so maybe some of the fires won’t spread as fast. It is a very helpless feeling even though the fires are still 3 counties away from us. About 70 miles. I have a box in the car with important papers and will grab the dogs and leave if I have to.
Please keep us in your prayers.

Brenda, you are in my thoughts and prayers…I can’t imagine having to worry about wildfires.  Please keep you and your fury babies safe and know we are with you in thought!!!

Brenda, you and your babies are in my prays.  Pray you stay safe and that the wildfires don’t reach you.  Will also pray for rain.

Well, Corrine, isn’t that just “beachy”!!!  I do envy your beach although the weather in central Cali has been nice enough…It’s definitely Spring!  Lots of flowers!

Some “wise” person once said, “No matter what the weather, always bring your own sunshine!”  I think that person must have never been in a blizzard!  LOL

Brenda, you definately have my prayers!  Be careful!

We used to live in Pensacola, Florida, and often enjoyed the beach.  I can’t imagine what was wrong with us that we decided to move…..oh yes, it was something about a job!  Yuck!!
