Hi everyone,
About senior pugs - yes, it’s all the love that seems to come back more and more as they get older.  I have an 11 year old pug, Kingsley, and he’s been getting cuter ever since the day I brought him home 11 years ago.  Pugs have that quality - they just become more snuggly and their faces never lose the “expressions”.  Here’s to Senior Pugs!  PUGS RULE!!!!!

Hello Sweet Pugs-Lee,  You have that look of wisdom of a Pug who has been around and soaked tons of knowledge, and we all know it is ALL GOOD, WHEN IT COMES FROM A PUG.  I love you, sweetheart.

Pugs-Lee, I have such a special place in my heart for the precious senior puggies, you and my girl Abby have matching silvery shiny faces.  Old dogs are the Best dogs, by far, little one:-)

Abby is holding steady, almost done with the 2 antibiotics, going to see the vet again on thursday for a repeat on her chest x-ray.  She is mostly doing ok, but had a bad night a couple nights ago, I think she could feel the horrendous storms in the area, and was extra nervous.  Oh, one day last week, the vet got the idea to try her on theophylline (she’d had some audible wheezing), which made her climb the walls with how hyper and agitated it made her.  Needless to say, that was just tried once, and we decided that those weren’t ok side effects, considering what we are dealing with.  She is acting pretty decently now, considering how seriously ill she was a couple weeks ago.  Time, patience, love and prayers are getting my girl back.  Love to all the puggy’s and pug peeps out there <3

Your time statement says it all. Let’s pray that Abby gets a good report Thursday.  Gentle pug hugs and kisses to Abby.

Pug mama - I thought, when I saw Pugs-lee’s picture that I was looking at Abby.  They both have such shining white faces and penetrating dark eyes.  Very distinctive in both of them.  You are in my thoughts with your vet visit tomorrow.

Pug Hug,

You know it, Huckle!!  Pugs-Lee and Abby could be siblings:-)  I often wonder what happens to the older puggies, cuz you sure never see enough of them, I see a very young pug with the pitch black face markings, and wonder how on earth could they turn into this adorable little shiny silver face?  Abby was quite the naughty little girl when she was young, and she is just so distinguished, and adored in her senior years.  I can’t praise God and all of you enough, for keeping my hope up through her recent illness.  <3
