The new OwnedByPugs.com
Earlier this week we officially lauched a new version of OwnedByPugs.com. The new site
features all of the great stuff of the old site, plus a bit more. To get caught up
on the new site changes take a tour of the new OwnedByPugs.com.
Tell Us Your Rescue Stories
At OwnedByPugs.com we are interested in helping pugs in need and drawing attention
to Pug Rescue. We have added a new section to the site featuring the wonderful stories
of pugs that were adopted and given a new and better life thanks to their new forever family and the
help of a wonderful pug rescue organization. But to keep this going we need your help.
If you have rescued a pug and would like to share your pug's story, send an e-mail to webmaster@ownedbypugs.com detailing your pug's tale.
Once we receive your story we will post it on the site for others to read. Be sure to
include the name of the organization where you adopted your pug and as many pictures as you would like! Your inspiring story
just may be the reason someone gets involved in pug rescue.
In the meantime, check out our first Rescue Story.
It is about a lucky pug named Louise
who not only has a wonderful new family, but she also has her own blog!

Did You Know ...
This month's interesting pug tidbit:
Josephine, the wife of Napoleon, used her Pug named "Fortune" to
relay messages to her husband while she was imprisoned at Les
Carnes. "Fortune" would carry the messages from Josephine tucked under
his collar where Napoleon could later retrieve them.
