There must be something very interesting going on in the kitchen.
The pugs and Cupid like to relax on the soft and warm carpet while they keep a close eye on what's going on in the kitchen. Even though Cupid looks like she isn't paying attention, don't let her fool you, pop open a can a cat food and she'll be on her feet in less than a second. As for the pugs, just crinkle a bag and you will suddenly have 3 pugs at your feet.

The kids went back to school last week here in FL. All the hype about a new school year starting got me thinking about school photos. So, I thought, why not take some back to school photos of the pugs.
While Benny hasn't been to school since he was about a year old (dog training classes), he was more than happy to pose for a school photo.

I think someone has a case of the Mondays.
It's so tough for Benny to drag himself out of bed when he has such a big day ahead. He has to wake up before sunrise, go outside and go potty and beg for some of the humans' breakfast all before he gets to take his first nap on the couch.
Then after he naps for a few hours he has to wake up, go potty again, visit with Grammy and get some lunch before he gets to take another nap.
Then Benny gets a few more hours of rest before the humans come home. Once they get home he needs to supervise dinner preparation and eating and can you believe they will make him go potty again.
What a day!

The pugs could indeed "hold it" until after the storms passed. However, Benny and Luna still weren't happy to get their paws wet. And Henry, he was grumpy because there was no sun. Geez, pugs, be glad you didn't have to go potty in the rain!

Benny has a little bit of a complex. He's wondering where he can pickup some clearasil for pugs. He likes to be known for his wrinkles not his pimples.

The chair with the enormous cushion (oversized dog bed) looked so comfy to Luna that she told her brother to shove over and make room for her. I would like to say she jumped right up, but Luna doesn't jump up or down off of things because of her back. Instead she does her little dance to let you know that she wants to be picked up.
So, she danced around and we put her on the chair with Benny. How will we know when she wants to get down? She'll kindly let us know by barking. It was adorable the first time.
