A Little Late

I just wanted to let everyone know that today's blog post is going to be late. I should have something posted by this evening.

OK, while we are nervously waiting for Corrine’s blog to appear, let me ask for some advice.

Anyone have a digger?  How do you solve that particular problem?  We have 5 huge holes in our backyard.  It is not the pugs but the boxer and he rivals an ‘end loader’ with what he’s done.  Usually we are so grateful for him to go outside, but now we have this.

We have new moniker’s for the pugs and they fit them to a T.  Georgie is “Little Tuff Stuff,” very apropos especially when he’s challenging Cooper.  Luckily Cooper is afraid of him so he makes a quick escape, usually behind my husband’s chair.

Abby is, and has been “Demented Diva” and has the t-shirt to prove it.  Enuf said.

And Gracie has become “Gracie the Gulp”.  It seems she has been “eating” her treats with one tremendous gulp.  This came to light one night when she threw up the treat she had just eaten.  It was a chicken jerky, and it was whole coming back up.  It surprised us both and scared her a little bit, but not enough.  She grabbed it and started consuming it again.

Tell me we’re not the only ones with strange pug behavior…..

ha!  We have a Gracie as well.  She’s a gulper as well.  I thought that was just pug behaviour.

I don’t know how you do it everyday as it is. Miss you though.

GiGi is a “run to food dish, et mouth full, run back to bed to eat….until she is full OR worn out from the running!

I had to gasp at the picture you put up of Luna!!!!!!!!! OMG is all i could say…it is hysterical!!!! And if that’s how you felt this morning then that explains the no post!!! Sorry, i had to email you directly to see if there was a problem!!!!

Beau will take off my finger for anything I give him treat or otherwise…Coco will sniff it, take it, drop it, sniff it, on and on and on….Lu just looks at me like you can put it down and i will pick it up when i’m ready!!!! They know my husband is the treat giver….i am only the dinner giver!!!I feed them a nice medley of hard/moist/canned mixed up just right once a day for dinner….the rest of the day the bowl is full of dry food for grazing…..they don’t touch it!!! And ever since Beau gulped the whole chicken jerky thing…that was it…..no more of those….it had to hurt going down and coming out!!!!! lol
