A Solsey Moment

Rainbow

I was on my way to work the other day when I encounterd a rare double rainbow. You can see in the photos that there one that is very strong and another one that is faint. Since I was driving I could not capture the double version at it most strong point but am sharing that which I could capture. I have always found rainbows to be remarkable and since I have only seen a few in my life they always seem so special. It was on this morning though that I felt like this was a special smooch from Solsey from the other side of the Rainbow Bridge letting me know that the second rainbow represented a new found friend. Here's wishing for us all to share their own "moments" like these when you encounter something that touches your own heart.

PS I do not support taking photos while driving. I was able to come to a complete stop without obstructing others and take these photos. Please always be cautious driver. smile

What a special moment for you Corrine…so glad you were able to experience that.  Solsey stories either make me smile or make me shed tears because she was such an extraordinary little girl who infiltrated not only your heart, but also all us OBP fans.  Love you Solsey.

I have the same connection with butterflies… when I see one drifting through our yard,  I’m sure it’s Violet saying hello!

I’m glad you’re a safe and responsible driver and phone user!  I wish everyone was.
My pug Henry lost a couple of facebook pug friends last week.  I like to think that they’re meeting Sol!

Thank you Corrinne for sharing this with us.  I am a little late on the scene, but having read back a ways, i truly feel that i know the spirit of Solsey.  So i either laugh or cry with the others too!

I had never made the connection with the Rainbows and the Rainbow Bridge before, and now i truly believe it was exactly what Pat called it, a Rainbow Smooch.

Thank you Pat, I love Johnny Reid after finally seeing him in concert this summer.  I had never heard that song until just now.

Again, bear with me as I am catching up for the week.  This returning to work is really kicking my butt. That being said, it’s so worth coming home and i’m not too tired to walk my girl and that’s the most important.

Oh and for those of you who are on facebook, re:pugs, I am a shared moderator on our little page called All Things Pugtastic . I’m obsessed so i have to keep up, but if your interested come check us out.  It’s sort of the same as here.  I just love this place!!!!

Henry really fit in with his camo harness. He was like a puppy on this trip!
