Cupid
Not that I thought you had any doubts, but just to confirm, Cupid is every bit as spoiled as Benjamin, Henry & Luna.
I'm not sure if it is possible, but in some ways she is even more spoiled than the pugs.

Cupid is such a pretty kitty. She looks so peaceful and cozy…sweet dreams pretty girl.
Thanks to all of you for your thoughts and prayers. Much appreciated.
Pug mama, how is Abby?
Prayers for all!
I think any animal that comes to your home Corrine would be spoiled Cupid looks so cozy
Pug Mama how is Abby doing?
Cupid makes relaxing an art form. I think she’s dreaming of presents under the tree even if this was taken in the summer time.
Cupid-you are a sweetheart. I miss being able to have a kitty since becoming allergic so thank you for sharing Cupid. How is Abby & Romeo? Pug hugs to all from the Colorado 4
Sweet dreams, pretty Kitty!
Maybe she’s dreaming of starting her own blog and calling it “Owned by Cupid”!
Spoiled kitty, ah yep Cupid you look like you are in nap heaven all under that towel. Glad your momma has enough spoils to spread around
Abby is still coughing up a storm. Yesterday it was so severe and persistent and nothing was making comfortable, I had a long talk with my mom about how it might be time to let her go to the rainbow bridge. I just don’t know when it is time. When she is resting and not coughing, she seems ok. She can still eat, she can still go outside to go potty, she still shows interest in things. But with all the meds, nothing is kicking this cough. Humidifier is going nearly all the time, I have turned my heat up because that seems to make her feel better. Yesterday was bad, bad bad, but today, she has hardly coughed at all. The vet said if I wanted, I could have them do a tracheal wash in order to get something to culture, but that still doesn’t fix her trachea. I just don’t think a tracheal wash is worth it. This is just horrible to see my baby like this, Abby is the only pug I have ever owned, so I really don’t know what the “end” is going to look like. I am beside myself at times just thinking about having to put her to sleep, I know that time is coming, I just wish I knew better what to look for.
Oh Cupid how relaxed and beautiful you are. Bet you keep those pugs in shape!!
Oh Abby’sMom this is the worst decision we all hae had to make at one time. Ask your vet what is best
Not sure if I can post yet…testing….
I can post!
I would love to snuggle with you Cupid. You look fabulous!
Pug Mama ~ My heart aches for you. I am so sorry you have to even think about this. Is she on any meds? Do steroids help her? I know we don’t want our puggers on steroids for long periods of time but if it makes her more comfortable, maybe? I don’t know, I’m just thinking out loud. I will say extra prayers for you and sweet Abby. Sending hugs to you. God Bless.
I had malware attack my computer, locking up everything. When it was formatted I lost my Outlook where all my emails are and I absolutely do not like the Gmail website. I missed out on what has been going on.
Heather, is everything ok? Whatever is happening, I pray that you and your babies are doing fine.
Pug mama, would a trachea wash determine something that would help Abby? Just keep in contact with your vet? It doesn’t sound like Abby wants to give up yet, and when she does you will know. It is heartbreaking to know that our pug’s time is short, but we can love them and comfort them and know we are doing our best for them. Believe me, they know. Keeping you and Abby in my prayers.l
Oh cupid, you look so comfy cozy there i just want to cuddle up with you.
Pug Mama, I am with the rest of the gang here. You will know when it’s time. The question /thought i have about doing the tracheal washing and obtaining a culture is that I know in humans that obtaining a culture allows us not only to find what bug might be growing there, but also to find the “right” antibiotic.
That can make all the difference in the world, as with humans at least, most antibiotics are what we call “broad spectrum” meaning they cover a number of different bugs. Sometimes an antibiotic won’t cover a particular bug, and therefore the patient doesn’t improve. We change their antibiotics to something that the bug is susceptible to and they get better. Often it is a stronger antibiotic, and we have to take into consideration their kidney function and the like.
I may just be telling you things you already know, but if not, maybe this will give you some pause, comfort or reassurance that you are doing the right thing for Abby.
I will continue to keep Abby, Heather and Hellen’s families in my prayers.
Bless all of your pug loving hearts.
Love and pug hugs from Lilo n Me n Tux
p.s.If anyone is looking at getting a rescue pug, Tux might be one pretty soon if he keeps chewing my computer cables and the screen on my laptop! Lol, jk! Man he’s such a going concern, and a slow learner. Lilo was so quick, if she tried to chew my slippers she got a little swat with it, and that was the end of it. Tux will go so far as to chew on it while my foot is still in it lol.
