H. Doodle Store Closing

H. Doodle

I have finally decided that H. Doodle will close its virtual doors on July 2, 2011. We still have a lot of great items available at bargain prices. Be sure to check out our remaining collars and leashes and if you are a baseball fan we have lots of great sportswear for pooches. We even have something for the patriotic pooch for the upcoming fourth of July holiday.

Thanks for all your support throughout the years!

Henry

You’re not selling ME are you mom????

Sleighbelle, I kinda thought that too when I saw Henry’s picture (and what a great picture it is).  Sorry you are closing Corrine, I really liked everything I got from H. Doodle but I’d say you have enough irons in the fire even without H. Doodle.

By the way, Kids…..today is Georgie’s and Gracie’s “Gottcha day”.  It is so hard to believe that a year has passed already.  I consciously try every day to be thankful for them (and Abby - now Cooper’s another story).  Which leads me to OBP, because without your encouragement, kids, I don’t think I would have gone the rescue route.  And my, what we would have missed.  I call Abby, my heart; Georgie, my soul; and Gracie, my comic relief.

Awww Hank, sorry your fabulous store is closing buddy, but this means more time for mom to hang with you and your bro and sis!!

I want to kiss your precious little face, love this “flattened Henry” pic!

Huckle, the happiest of Gotcha Days to Georgie and Gracie!  Rescued puggers rule!

Happy gottcha day to Georgie and Gracie I wish more people would look at rescue to adopt I volunteer for pug rescue of Florida and we have over 100 pugs looking for loving homes it amazes me how so many people have to give them up or just don’t want them I am so happy see one of them going to a new loving forever home Thank you Huclke for adopting

Sorry to hear about H.Doodle closing.  That is an adorable picture of Henry, sometimes Genevieve looks like that too. Happy Gotcha Day, Huckle. I am
thankful for everday I have with my crew, too. My hubby and I have decided that we will always have a rescue as long as we are able to take care of one. And Huckle, Please don’t give up on Cooper, it’s got to have something to do with his name. Ha! Lots of pug love to everyone, Brenda COOPER. (some of us Coopers are a little bit different)

sue & Brenda, thanks for your words.

As for Cooper, we won’t, and as long as the patio door is open so he can come & go whenever, we have no pooper for Cooper.  I’m hoping going outside to do his business will imprint on his brain.  We need (as I keep telling my husband) a doggie door on the patio door.  Anyone out there have one and if so, does it work well?

Heather, I missed your comment somehow.  I love it - Rescued Pugs Rule!

Corrine, you said a while back you were closing, and now is the final date.  What I want is in the small size and is no longer available.  I am thinking of buying in the larger sizes and donating to pet rescue.

Happy Gotcha Day Georgie and Gracie.  I am very late posting, so hope you had a really great day.  Yes resues, even with their problems, are worth it all.

I don’t have a doggie door, but know a couple of people who do and they love them.  Guess I’m leary about free access when I’m not home and people who come in my yard to do work not being careful about keeping the gate closed.

That’s a good point Sue VDB.  I hadn’t thought of the gate “issue”, although at this point, everyone around us knows they are facing mayhem if that happens.  They think Cooper barks loud?...my husband and I can bark louder if pushed to the wall (yeah, I think they know that too).
