Lookout

Luna

The boys spend their afternoon gazing out the door from the couch, but little Luna prefers a front row seat. Starting around 4:30ish during the week you can find Luna peering out the door. To be able to see anything happening out on the street, I think she pretty much has to be right up on the door. She wouldn't be able to see too much from the couch.

What always cracks me up is that she is just tall enough to peer out from a sitting posting. From the outside all you see is this little head peaking out at you.

La-Luna, La-Luna!  She (her name) always makes me think of the old Italian gentleman in the movie, MOONSTRUCK, who would go out in the evening to walk his dogs and gaze at the moon.

Oh Sweet Luna~Tell your Mommy to take your picture from the outside. I bet it is so cute. We have a long window next to our front door too but our front door isn’t clear. So Pip has to look out that side window and his little head is all you see from the outside. It’s like it was made just for him!!!

Ah I can only imagine walking down the street and seeing her face like an apparition in the attic of an abandoned house. But Luna is more than that: “A Pug In The Window” could be the article she would be featured in. Her sweet face oh so pensive when looking out. Like Martha quote “Maybe she’s trying to give a little hint that it’s time for a walk” could be true. Or that she’s enjoying the beauty of Florida nature (we all know it’s been raining on and off) so it must appear serene to Luna.

The first thought that came across my mind when I saw Luna, and without even reading, was that her sweet little head barely lets her see out.  You must take a picture of her looking out from the outside.  She is one adorable baby.
