New Year’s Resolution

Henry

Many moons ago, Henry got a wild hair at the vet's office when they tried to do something surrounding his feet (hmmm....could it have been trimming his toe nails?). Anyway, someone rubbed him the wrong way and well, Henry didn't exactly "use his words" instead he took a bite of crime. Since Henry got a little nippy, he has since been labeled a bad pug and his file bears a caution badge.

Ever since then, Henry has been working diligently to have the daunting red sticker removed from his permanent record. So, this year Henry has decided to make it his New Year's resolution. 2015 is the year the sticker comes off!

Oh no!  Sticker of shame?  Must be a pug thing….Mack has always HATED to have his feet touched. He has also taken a few bites..nips…out of crime as well.  But in his advancing years, he has become a little more calm but it usually takes 2 to get the job done.  As a matter of fact, he has an appointment at 10:40AM today for his birthday gift from the vet, FREE nail trim.  He is SOOO excited!

Hope the sticker comes off this year.  Henry, you are a veteran of being poked and prodded, we know you can do it!

Happy New Year!

Most pugs I know do not like to have their paws touched.  Some people are better than others at approaching a pug’s paws.  So Henry, don’t feel bad.  It could be that certain people need to wear “Caution” stickers themselves.

Happy New Year.

Good for you, Henry, making a New Year’s resolution to be a better pug!  It sounds like you’re already on your way;  I’ll bet you’re a much more patient patient now with such frequent vet visits.  Have a happy, healthy New Year!

My Angel was a nipper, hated people touching her tootsies… she nipped me, she nipped her groomer, she nipped the doctor and the vet techs so I know exactly what you mean!  Its definitely a pug thing! Other than that, she was the sweetest little girl.

Anyway, Henry, I know you can do it!

OFF WITH THE RED STICKER! I agree with Sue VDB-red sticker people, not pugs.  The first vet we had for Solsie was very good and she didn’t want to leave the office-vet love at first sight? My New Years resolution is to work on getting one homeless family/veteran of the street and into a home. Wishing you all a Blessed New Year! Pug hugs from pastor sue & the Colorado 2

I agree with the Sue’s….red sticker people, not pugs. It’s totally the human’s fault, not Henry’s! The nerve!

Happy New Year!!!

Typical progression of grooming appointments for my Ruby:

First Visit:  I don’t know what you were talking about, she was a darling angel and let me do whatever I wanted.

Second Visit:  Well there were some shenanigans but she did fine.

Third Visit:  She was a very naughty monkey and you need to find a new groomer.

Same at the Vet’s office LOL.  We know your pain, sticker and all!  But Ruby may deserve hers.

Hank, you need a caution sticker to warn them of the Handsome Henry that awaits them!

A happy, HEALTHY New Years to everyone!

As long as I use my Dremel to buzz their nails things go nicely. All 3 and I don’t like nail clippers. Hang in there Henry cause we all have our little dislikes.

You can do it Henry!!!  I know you just had a bad day that day so long ago.  After everything you have tolerated in 2014, it’s a wonder why that sticker hasn’t already been removed.  #HenryStrongAllDayLong

Caution! Ridiculous and unfair!

Take me with you to the vet and I’ll take care of getting that sticker off his file!  I’ll just need 5 uninterrupted seconds!
