No Luck of the Irish

Henry

This was the state of our front yard in early March. Luckily, it doesn't really matter to Henry what color the grass is. Brown, green or whatever color in between, if the sun is shining Henry is just fine.

Oh my…your poor grass!

I’m with Henry though…yesterday we had sun here and I looked just like Henry, gazing into the sun soaking up as much as I could!

Love and thoughts to you all.

yes the grass is looking very brown, but Henry knows it will be green in no time, and is wistfully remembering the lucious green times.
For my pug it means no more cold ground, and we can stay out to play a bit longer everyday!
Enjoy that sunshine!

Our lawn is beginning to green up, except where the dad blew the snow so the dogs would have a place to run and “do their outside thing”. And let me add, those areas the grass is definately NOT looking so good. Good thoughts are with you all.

If I didn’t know better, I’d say you lived in Saskatchewan! My yard looks exactly the same.  Luckily the pugs don’t care; grass to pee on is grass to pee on, no matter what color.

My grass is greener than your grass and today is a sunny day for two days before the big possibility of snow hits on Saturday, so Romeo and the other two are enjoying being outside this morning.

Soak up those soothing rays sweet Henry.

Sue - Thank you very much for wanting to donate in Sol’s honor.  Tomorrow I will be posting all the details on Owned by Pugs.  I just need to put the finishing touches on the post.

Thanks again!

Henry is sooooo handsome in profile, too.  This picture would make an awesome silhouette.  Even his tail curl shows!

I also would like to donate in Sol’s memory.
She was a blessing to us all and thank you for sharing her with us. I donate to the DFW pug rescue on a regular basis. Wish I wasn’t so far from DFW, I would like to be a foster mom. I am no longer working and I would love to do more to help all the precious pugs out there. I also donate to our local animal shelter… it is sorely lacking but runs totally on donations. I try to help as much as I can. It is heartbreaking to see so many sweet dogs and cats without homes.

I’m sure it will “green” up down there faster than up here!!!!  Everything feels better in the sun!

We’re just happy to see the snow melt up here in Ontario.  We’re having an unusually beautiful spring and we’re loving it!  We shovel the deck all winter for our pug because no way is walking the 24 feet to the steps at the end of our deck when its cold out.  I don’t dare tell him it rarely snows in Florida or you’d find our pug on your doorstep the next day.
enjoy your sunshine and here’s hoping it lightens everyone’s heart just a bit.

Oh Henry,Spring starts soon and the grass will be green and the flowers bloom. For COlorado Springs first day means snow! about 4-6 inches expected-so white grass is in my forecast! Please enjoy for Beauty & Daisey! Pug-hugs from the Colorado3
