O Christmas Tree

I love the little green neck scarves with the candy canes…very festive.  You three are such great little posers. 

What a pretty name…Cora Renee.  I bet Abbey is anxiously awaiting the day she can play with Cora. She will have a great playmate.

My son gave me an early Christmas present.  My husband worked on grandfather clocks as a side/hobby.  Our clock quit working about a year before he died and he was too sick to work on it.  As of yesterday it is working again, and I am so happy I have been grinning ear-to-ear every time I hear it chime and strike.  It brings back good memories.

I see Luna is looking straight into the camera wearing her cute ears.  Beautiful pugs all around.  Merry Christmas to the Owned By Pugs family.  Our home loves you all very much!

Oh my!  What a nice Merry Christmas picture of the puggies in their cute little bandanas!  They really do pose well!

And Darci, thank you for telling us about Cora Renee!  She doesn’t know it yet, but when she sees Abby, she’s looking at one of the best friends a little girl could have!  And when Abby looks at her, she’s seeing a new and precious member of her “pack”!

Sue VDB, I loved hearing about your clock!  Your son sounds like a wonderful man, and I’m glad the chimes makes you happy remembering good memories : )

We were joking on the day we brought Cora home that, after we had changed her, fed her, and everything and she was still crying, that maybe it was because she had such a funny looking dog! Now I’m sure Cora sees the beauty of a pug that only those owned by pugs see. I can’t wait for this summer so we can all hang out in the backyard and go on walks together! I’m sooo looking forward to that!

Sue - thanks for asking about Cooper.  He is doing better, I guess.  We’ve overcome the notion that it’s either packing him off to Grannygoogs, or of finding some wandering gypsy to foist him off on so I guess that’s progress.  I just had a load of you-know-what before I could finish this.  He still gets in wastebaskets, chews up pens and pencils, eats everyone’s dog food and devils the heck out of Gracie.  But it’s a matter of degree of these things and we tell ourselves we’re making headway.  He’s cute but boy oh boy is he dumb.  I’m talking available grey matter which he pitifully lacks.
