Last weekend, Henry even wanted to get out and get some of his holiday shopping done. We made a trip to Petsmart so that he could pick out something nice for Cupid. After careful consideration, he decided to get Cupid a pack of mice (the kind that Benny loved to eat), some cat grass (something else that Benny liked to eat) and a few cans of special cat food (something that Henry himself would like to eat). Pretty thoughtful gifts if you ask me!

Very thoughtful of him! I think it is so kind of Henry to pick out gifts that he already KNOWS are tasty! It would be kinda inconsiderate to give Cupid a gift that Henry doesn’t already know is good.
It looks like someone took off their jacket so Henry could sit on something soft and special! Sweet!!

Annie Fannie seems to be doing better. I cannot say she is totally up to par, but MUCH better.
This has been a long day. My 12 year old grandson, Ben, went to the ER last night. Diagnosis? Appendicitis. He was transferred to Children’s Mercy Hospital and scheduled for an appendectomy 9:30 this morning, but they had a trauma case and didn’t get to him until almost 11. He was also supposed to be in recovery 45 minutes to an hour. Fifteen minutes later he went back to his room. He is now home and you would never, ever guess he had an appendectomy 5 hours as I write this. All I can say is WOW.
