Steamed

Benjamin, Henry & Luna

We are getting the carpets steam cleaned today.  Although, all the four legged creatures of the house are very well potty trained, with the amount of foot traffic we have, we like to get the carpets cleaned from time to time to keep things looking and smelling nice.

I thought you guys might like to get in on a little side bet we make every time we get the carpets cleaned.  Who will be the first to throw-up on the freshly cleaned carpets?  My bet is on Cupid within a week of the cleaning.  Although, Benny is very competitive too.

Have a great weekend everyone!  If you ordered a calendar, I am working like mad to get them all shipped out.

Mommmmm, our furniture has disappeared again.  Where are we going to snuggle?  Is that steamy thing coming again?

Won’t make a bet, but they look adorable.

Happy weekend everybody.

OH Where Oh where has the furniture gone? Oh Where Oh Where can it be? Next thing you know-the pugkin bread will disappear, too! Could it be -ALIENS???? Love seeing these sweeties every morning to start my day! I will take a guess that dear Luna may be the first to pup upchuck. But really, they are just doing their part to keep the carpet cleaners of America employed!

All three of them are looking at you like you’ve lost your mind by removing the furniture.

And my bet goes on Henry.

Is pupchucking a pug thing also?  I CANNOT get through a week without one or both of the pugs ralphing either on my bed or carpet!!  Any feedback from y’all?

It could be their diet.  What does your vet say?

Dee

Ma
Luna: “where’s my chair”
Henry: “where’s my couch”
Benny: “NO! where’s MY Couch!”
Too cute!

My Benee isn’t a puker…but my Frankie likes to regurgitate his breakfast or dinner (nice…)
I have reduced the incidents by putting plain yogurt in their food - seems to help ease the tummy..
But sometimes it’s bile (yellow foamy)that I think is from chewing on toys or when they are congested from allergies.

I feel very fortunate that I don’t have a pupchucker. LMAO!  Lola has only ralphed once since I’ve had her and that was the day we took her in to be spayed.  Before the surgery, not after. Right all over the waiting room floor.

I’ll have to put my bet on Cupid. Based on the fact that every cat I have owned has thrown up more than any of the dogs.

I’m going to take the longshot bet and roll with LUNA.

Girlpower FTW!!!

Sue, Vet is clueless.  We’ve tried different things (diet, etc) and they still puke.  It’s extremely inconvenient, usually at 3:00 in the morning…

I have noticed that if Mr. Skittles eats too fast or drinks too fast, and if water is really cold, he will get an upset tummy, therefore everything must come up!!
Doesn’t happen often, and usually when it does it is supper time meal.

Karen B, have they been tested for food allergies?

Karen B

No, haven’t tested for allergies.  They eat the special dental diet by Science Diet.  I’ll check the label and see what’s in it.  Good thought!  They don’t throw up every day though and that’s what they eat every day…

I’m thinking about trying the plain yogurt…maybe that will help soothe them.  Thanks for the suggestion Dee!

OMG they are soo cute. Where did you get the harnesses that look like vests? Our puggie Sir Gregory would look spiffing in one of those. Please share where I can get them.
Thanks for a great blog I love reading it

Kathy
