Uh Oh!

Ummm…well, looks like we are going to be going on a little hiatus - at least until some fur starts to grow back grin

Nah.  I will reveal the haircuts tomorrow.  Brace yourself.

Judging by the mostly black fur, all I have to ask is can poor little SOl endure much more?! Stoic she is, but how much fur can one little pug have?! OK, I’m bracing!

Haircuts???? Pugs don’t get hair cuts!!  They get the furminator to get the loose hairs (the zillions of those), but a haircut??  I’m very worried…from the looks of it, I think Sol might be…nekked!

Out of curiosity, WHY?

When I saw the picture my first thought was a toy had bit the dust.  But apparently that’s fur.  hmmmm….....

You said haircuts, plural not singular. I also took note of the smiley face.  What are you up to?

Oh, c’mon OBP!  You can’t just throw a tease out there like that and then make us wait til tomorrow!  Dying to know!

YIKES!  Don’t tell me that they got fur lice in school!

I agree.  I didn’t know you could give a pug a hair cut!!  When Abbey was spayed, it took months for her hair on her belly to grow back!  I can’t imagine…  well, I can, but I don’t want too…  I’m looking forward to tomorrow!  Great cliff hanger, by the way!

I actually did see them buzzing a pug at PetSmart groomers.  I actually thought it was Toeby at first when I walked in and I was horrified!  It wasn’t him but the more I thought about it, the more it makes sense for the puggies in the summer.  We can get up to 107 or so here in central California and that might make it a lot more bearable for the little guys!  Can’t wait to see the haircuts!  Maybe a nice French poodle-do?

Did someone get gum stuck in their fur? I can’t imagine any other reason for shaving a pug. Can’t wait till tomorrow!

Patty, great comment!
if it’s not fur lice, maybe this is an attempt to combat Swine Flu???

Just moved and the first thing I had to do was get on-line to get my OBP fix…thank goodness someone’s network is providing me access b/c I’m surely not hooked up…

So WOW is all I have to say…not sure what to think with that big ol’ pile of fur…Miss Sol, are you naked?!?!?!

Patty, I can’t take credit for the “furminator” that is a real product.  I heard about it here and it is an amazing thing!

My Gabby gets a shave every 4 weeks, it amazing, no shedding, he feels and looks great. I didn’t know either, but we’ve been doing the shave thing for 2 years, and its great!!!!!
