ANNIE YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL.

Thank you all for the beautiful comments on my Annie.  I love all the terms used to describe her.  She is a very btight light in my life.  There is not one day go by that she does not make me laugh.  She is fun to wake up to when the alarm goes off, because she is right there making my laugh.

One of the funniest things to watch is her and my cat Frankie wrestling.  They do this several times a day.  Minnie and Missy are not up to all the shenanigans.  Minnie would try but because of her back and leg problems I won’t let her.  Missy is not in the least bit intetested and is turning more into a grumpy little lady.

Gina search for dottie Puppia harness.  There are several sites that carry them, but if you look at them you can usually find one at a discounted price.  They come in pink, blue and one other color I don’t recall at the moment.  When you get one for Bella we want to see a picture.

It was Annie’s 2nd birthday and she was overjoyed!  Her mother had worked all afternoon to prepare a beautiful pink cake for her, all decorated with milk bones and she was going to have a big party with all her friends…(pugs and others alike!)  Annie had taken a nap earlier in the afternoon and when she had awoken,  she had come down the hall to see her mother putting the finishing touches on her beautiful cake.  She pranced around the kitchen and kept asking her mother if she could put on her new dress…Annie was just so excited!
    When she had first awakened, Annie had seen a box sitting outside her bedroom.  She had asked her mother what it was and had been told to open it…inside Annie had found a brand new toy….a rubber newspaper with a squeaker inside….How thrilling!
  And now…it was almost time for the party and she would be seeing all her friends!  Annie’s mother told her it was time for her to put on her new dress, and Annie had pranced around with delight….chasing her tail….and even managing to catch it on one occasion!  Her dress was a thing of beauty and she couldn’t wait to put it on!  It was pink (of course), since Annie’s favorite color was pink!  She even had a new name tag…a red heart from her mother to show her just how much she was LOVED!  Annie’s head simply swirled with the anticipation of her party and all the new toys she would be getting…the party with all her friends….and the games all of them would be playing!!!  (Her favorite game was pin the tail on the pug!) ...It was one of her favorites!  She knew it would be funny to see where everyone put the tail!
  Just before the big party began, her mother took her out into the yard and told Annie,“I want a picture of you to remember this special day forever!”  (Now of course, Annie could hardly keep still), but eventually, her mother managed to snap a lovely photo of Annie with her best puggish little smile!
    All of a sudden there were sounds at the front gate…puggie snorts and snuffles… and Annie knew her friends had begun to arrive….the PARTY was about to BEGIN…....

Oh Robin!  I love this story!  You really have captured Annie’s excitement!  She’s such a wonderful little girl (I got to meet her when she was on her way to Sue) and you did a great job!
