Buddy

Thursday, July 19, 2012
From where I’m sittin’ (Iowa), you’ve got the right idea, Buddy!!
We’re heading into our 3rd week of straight 90-100 degree temps. Had some thunder and a sprinkle of rain that lasted maybe 5 minutes yesterday. This is taking “The Long, Hot Summer” to a really tedious level.
My pug, Bella, only ventures out of the house (and AC) a couple of times of day to potty. She’s totally over the season and looking forward to Fall!
I think you have the right idea Buddy just relax and stay cool
Now that’s just chillin"lol, our heat wave finally ended it’s now a bit chilly but,we’ll take it!!
To all the sweet, sweet pugger over in the hot hot south right now…may mother nature bring you releif from the hot tempeture so you can once again take to happy trails for fun and some cool enjoyment….may there be a cool dipping pool at your paws for you too jump into and bring yourself releif from any heat you maybe feeling at any point of the day… then may good fortune be given to you in the form of some rainy and cool days to releive you from the heat…Stay cool you sweet soul. P.S. there’s swelting heat here too on the southern west coast…and yes, we are looking forward to the cooler tempetures of the fall…oh how I love the fall.
Hey, JULIE: Where do you live . . . I’m MOVIN’!!
oh good my prayers were answered ....enjoy the cool tempetures….
Buddy - think that you have to spend your summers here in SA, you can join the ‘Lonehill 6’ in front of the roaring fire each night!! -9 last night, my glass of water on my bedside table was frozen this morning.
Tai-Tai is much better, only coughs now and then!!! Thank God for our ‘Doggy Doctors’!!!!!!!!!!
Pug hugs and kisses

Buddy hot day puggy take a break or two.
You like your A/C don’t you! Smart puggy! xxxooo
Y’all are makin’ my Alabama Gulf Coast pug, Dolly, very jealous. Not to mention myself.
Grannygoogs, it’s good to see you post up again. I understand you were not well for a while. I hope and pray you are recovered. BTW, where is SA (South Alaska?) and how do I/we get there? (-:
I guess that says it all.
Steve, it’s hard to believe but it’s South Africa. I never knew they ever had winters let along ice in the glasses.
Oh Buddy what a beautiful and smart pug you are! Love you and if I could would send you some of our 70-degree weather.
Your are a beautie!
This is my baby Buddy and the first time he did that(we live in Florida) I was like, pugs are so smart!. He cools off after our walks everyday.
he is my first born and the smartest…LOL I love that boy, and his brother Moe and their cousin Odie great boys
Buddy, you are too cute and very smart to hang out in front of the airconditioner. Your tail is very curled… you are so cute.
My sister lives in New Mexico, and she says it is very hot there too.
I see that your folks have some pug pictures out on their coffee table. I bet they have more too.
hugs from Saskatchewan Canada, where it is quite cool today.
Sara and Buddy’s Dad, you do have a very smart boy, AND a handsome one! His tail has such a beautiful curl! I just love the way he’s chill-axing in front of the AC!
For all of you in the cooler places, please enjoy that chill in the air on behalf of all of the rest of us!
Well, Huckle, it doesn’t happen to this displaced Yankee (25 years now) very often, but I am essentially at a loss for words. I’m STILL jealous.
Steve - Huckle was right…..... we do live in South Africa - I run Pug Rescue where we live and at this stage we have re-homed 23 pugs and have kept 6, all of whom I love madly - would loved to keep all 23, however, pugs are best when you have 3 or 4, they just need soooo much love. TaiTai is sleeping upstairs with us as she is still coughing
Owned by Pugs is the BEST web address and I have a really good friend who will paint all your pugs, she is brilliant
LoL
Pug hugs and smooches
Grannygoogs and the ‘Lonehill 6’
Grannygoogs and the ‘Lonehill 6’: God bless you. I am duly impressed, and I am still jealous.
Much respect,
Steve and Gail Lindhurst.
and…Dolly the Puglet-3 yrs. old,
Bella the Pomeranian-15 yrs old,
and Chewie (for Chewzilla),mix of who
knows what-approx. 9 months old.
They are all rescued and they are
definitely jealous, but not so much
my lovely wife Gail. She does not
like the cold!
Grannygoogs,
wow, you are wonderful to have a pug rescue! re homeing 23 pugs is no small feat. I have noticed that when people have one pug they usually get more… they are that wonderful. we don’t have a pug because my beautiful collie/ shepherd is 15yrs old and quite jealous of any dogs that get affection from me. So, I will just be owned by pugs. I love this web site and I enjoy every single comment and picture.
hugs from Saskatchewan, Canada
