Eddie George

A little bit more about Eddie George courtesy of his owner.

Age: about 3 years old (rescued in May 2008 at about 9-11 months old)

Likes: watching OBP videos, hiking, wrestling with his pug brother Brutus, giving kisses, Mid-Michigan Pug Playgroup

Dislikes: vacuum cleaners, sleeping late

Favorite Treat or Toy: squeaky squid, bananas

After trolling Petfinder.com daily for several months, my husband and I saw this sweet, goofy face in May 2008 and fell in love. Hoping our other pug, Brutus, would feel the same, we drove six hours from mid-Michigan to Dayton, Ohio to meet little Eddie pug, a foster through Purebred Rescue of Ohio. He and Brutus became instant “besties” and spent the ride home kissing and sleeping on each other. Now Eddie loves hiking in the woods, is doing great in obedience class, looks forward to our monthly Mid-Michigan Pug Playgroup meet-ups, and has even been on vacation to Mackinac Island with us! This energetic, loyal, and loving little guy is a huge fan of the OBP clan and is a great ambassador for pug rescue.
