Hiroshi

Thanks, that’s my favorite kind of pug-izza!

“If its food it must be for me “, thought Hiroshi as he sat impatiently next to the large opened box of pizza.  He had one super muzzle and the odors that drifted into those tiny nostrils smelled liked ham and burger….Hiroshi as a rule never got to sample these delicacies…but if it smelled good, he was all for it.  Hiroshi had been brought up well….in a family that tolerated his antics and even loved him for some of the mischevious things that he had done in the past….but Hiroshi had never helped himself to human food that wasn’t put before him.  He generally confined himself to “vacuuming”  up any tiny tidbits that fell to the floor…and this was much appreciated by his humans.  Now today…well, this was a different kind of story..it almost seemed as though his humans were teasing him with these fantasmagorical odors that lay just out of reach…“What should he do”  thought Hiroshi.  He knew his furry little paws could easily reach up to the table and get some, ....but Hiroshi wondered if he dared!  What would happen?  He knew there would be some kind of penalty….so he just sat, and sat, and sat, and SAT! 
Finally he could take it know longer…and was about to put up his paws and gently knock that box off the table when his human approached.  She looked at Hiroshi and said kindly “Little puggies don’t get pizza.  It’s not good for there waistline”...
But for those of you reading this story….it came to pass on that very same night, that little Hiroshi ended up getting the empty pizza box as a temporary plaything, and because of the fantasmagorical smells, Hiroshi guarded that box with his little puggie life…he pushed it all over the floor…lapping the cardboard for whatever crumbs had stuck to it…and frankly, Hiroshi had the time of his life!

2 slices and a soda please.

Hiroshi, it just isn’t fair to have something so yummy in plain site, and you are a very good puggy for not taking advantage of being able to knock it down.  I hope you got a lot of praise and a yummjy good treat for this.
