Mick, that is great idea instead of reading the daily’s
I should just lay down on them too ...It’s a pugs life!
Mick after my first cup of coffee and the morning business news i take a nap.
Mick is ON TOP of the table…...the doughnuts are missing…..................!
Mick are you reading the sunday paper with your coffee what a cutie you look so much like my Toby
Georgie, Gracie and Abby kind of think that the paper is better laid on than read, too. Maybe it’s a pug thing. Although I think you’re on to something Robin with mention of the missing donuts.
Yes Huckle…I think I heard Mick “happily burp” before settling in for a nap…haha>
I guess Mick must put a lot of value in paper since he sees his humans staring at it so intently! He’s adorable!
Mick you are a doll! did you get bored with the news and decide to take a snooze?
Oh My! Not only on the table and reading the paper (VERY SMART} But ate ALL the donuts and drank the Coffee!!!!
SMART BABY!!!
I know..you’re right….I almost wrote a story about this one….The family came home and found a peculiar warm spot on the table….and the eldest child swore his coffee mug had been half full….but what no one noticed…was that a box…previously sitting upon the table and full of sugared jelly donuts had gone missing….nor did anyone detect the odd bits of powdered sugar around Mick’s muzzle…..just chalking it up to a few more grey whiskers…..
Mick was a smart, smug pug…..
Mick, you are certainly in Sunday morning mode- hope you didn’t eat TOO many donuts!
Great little story, Robin Anne - great to see you posting again!
I’m with Mick sugar donuts are a hard one to pass by!
Had anyone in the family happened to pass by Mick as he was stepping into his bed….they might have heard an “unfamiliar"crunching sound….such as that of a crushed box….for indeed, Mick had had the foresight to hide, and hide well, the remains of his mornings initiation into the world of sugared donuts…..that box was carefully crushed under his little bed….and Mick knew no one would disturb a tired puggity…..and the family…well, they simply heard what they wanted to hear….a toy trapped under the bed….But Mick knew better…and when the family went out on various trips, why Mick would pull out an old, battered sugary box, and continue to nuzzle and lick at any tiny remains.
aww Mick if I saw you on my table I would wana kiss your little sleepy head. such a sweet boy just like my black pug Moe
oh my he is just precious.
Robin, once again you tell it just right!
