Hey I’m Rascal’s owner! Rascal is a rescue pug and came from unfortunate circumstances.. But I’m proud to say he’s a very happy, mischievous pug! He joined my other pug Gabby into my family almost 6 years ago.. We lived on the coast of South Carolina and now live in sunny southern Cali where both pugs visit the doggy beaches constantly
