The Kind of Pool He Likes

Benjamin's favorite wall to prop himself up against is the small wall on the edge of the dining room. I think he likes to sit there in the afternoons because of the sunlight, but I always find it amusing that he leans up against the wall. Just sitting on his own is to much trouble. He also has to squeeze in between the pool cues and there is that pesky electric outlet. Geez, life is tough.

Car Ride

Car rides are quite possibly Sol's absolute favorite thing to do. If you go anywhere near the garage, Sol is always keeping an eye out to see if she can somehow finagle a car ride from you. There have been a few nights where I have just considered taking her out for a little drive. I haven't done it yet, but if she keeps waking up at 2:30 am wanting to go for a walk and then eat, I might just start taking her for a spin right before bed to tucker her out. Solsey has yet to realize that mommy doesn't function well on very little sleep and that our latest sleeping pattern is making mommy a little cranky .

Body Pillow

Benjamin may be the pillow king, but Henry sure knows how to make himself comfy on a pile of pillows as well. Notice how he has carefully placed his bone on the pillow above his head. He's keeping it close, so Benny won't get a chance to chew it and mess it up. Henry has a systematic approach to chewing bones. Benny on the other hand slobers them all up until they are one big choking hazard and need to be thrown away. It drives Henry crazy to see Benny ruin a good bone.

Out and About

The pugs on the way to the dog park.

Benjamin on the way home from the dog park. Look at that dirty face! You can tell he had a good time.

I must say I really like having a dog park so close to the house again. It sure is a lot easier to make a quick trip to the dog park, rather than having to drive about 30 minutes to get there. We get to squeeze in a lot more visits this way. Yesterday, after we got home from some holiday shopping, we loaded up the pugs real quick and headed to the park before it got dark. They had a great time and Solsey was in the mix of everything. She absolutely loves the dog park. I think she has the most fun out of all the pugs.
