I went to visit G-Ma & G-Pa this weekend and took the official treat transportation device with me. I'm not sure if the pugs were happier to see me or my suitcase. Looking forward to your captions in the comments.

Luna never jumps onto the back of the sofa to sleep. Unlike Benny & Cupid (the only ones that will actually jump up there on their own), Luna is afraid that she may overshoot the back of the couch and end up plummeting to the floor since our sofa does not back to anything. And that is a risk that a girl with poor vision just isn't willing to take.
The other day, I was holding Luna and walking to the kitchen. I got distracted by something else and needed two hands, so I just plopped Luna down on the back of the sofa. I went off and did whatever ticky tack thing that needed to be done and when I returned I was surprised to see Luna still on the back of the sofa looking quite pleased with herself.

I love working in the garden on the weekends. The pugs are pretty good helpers. Benny is good at making sure everything "gets watered", Henry chomps on the grass, Luna makes a great pug garden statue and Sol is great at pointing out all the shady spots in the yard.
Happy Father's Day to all the dads and pug dads out there!

I was assembling another Ikea piece this week which had a full length mirror. The mirror was propped up, off to the side as I wasn't to that part of the assembly process yet. I glanced up and caught a glimpse of three pugs, unconcerned about the work being done.

A thunderstorm rolled through this afternoon and put a damper on the pugs' usual outdoor sun time. While it was raining they all came in and waited out the storm from the comfort of the bed.

This was a game we frequently played when Benjamin & Henry were puppies. The whole purpose of the game was to trick Benjamin & Henry into practicing their Sit, Stay & Come commands, but to do it in a fun way that allowed them to work off their puppy energy.

First the sit & stay while I move away.

Then the come command.

Looks like Benny was a little bit quicker out of the gates.

Almost up to full speed.

Still truckin'.

About halfway there and Benny has taken the lead.

Benny coming into the home stretch, completely blocking Henry from the frame.

Benny finishing strong. You can see his wrinkly skin flapping in the wind and his eyes are fixed on the prize - the treat.
