I am not a morning person, but I like to think I handle mornings a tad bit better than Baby Benny did the other day. The morning ritual is that boys are always at my feet when I pour my cereal in the morning. They know they will get a cheerio if they are nearby. The girls, on the other hand, always sleep in a bit later since cheerios aren't really high on their list of treats.
Well, Benny must have had a rough night because he couldn't get his eyes opened and he had quite the disgruntled look on his face. In the photo, I didn't catch him mid blink or anything. That is really the expression he had on his face. After he got his cheerio, he found his puffy and caught a few extra hours of sleep. I wish I had that option in the morning.

This week's flashback: Henjamin
Friday, November 13, 2009

I went to SeaWorld on Wednesday and the sea lion perched up on the rocks at the sea lion exhibit reminded me so much of Henry. If Henry was there, I'm pretty sure he'd be doing the same exact thing. Sunning himself on the rocks, oblivious to all the onlookers, just waiting for the designated feeding time so that he could catch all the fish thrown his way.
The killer whales also reminded me of pugs. As soon as a trainer touched one of the metal buckets of fish, the whales all darted over and bobbed at the trainers feet. Very pug like. Except the whales had to do some pretty cool tricks to get their treats
