An Update on Romeo

I just received an e-mail from Brenda at Delaware Valley Pug Rescue with an update on Romeo.  Brenda writes:

I have great news. Romeo is at home with his foster family recovering from the surgery and seems to be doing very well. At this point, their biggest challenge is getting him to relax and not want to play all the time. (Although wanting to play is certainly a good sign.)

The donations received to date allowed us to give the vet a down payment for the surgery so it could be performed while we continue to raise the funds necessary to cover the balance.

We are so grateful to you and your readers for all of their support and generous donations. I’ll let you know how he continues to progress, but it looks like Romeo should be ready for a new forever family in no time.

I would like to send out a huge thank you to all the OBP readers that sent in a donation.  Your support means a lot to me!

If you would still like to donate you may do so be sending a check to:

Thank you pug lovers!

I have just become aware of little Romeo.  I read his story, and am so happy he is doing well.  I have sent a donation through PayPal, and hope you receive many more.  I will keep Romeo in my prayers for his continued and complete recoivery.  May God bless everyone taking care of this sweet baby. BTW I have a Romeo too.
