Double Duty

Benjamin and Henry

It is rare to ever find this arm of the couch pugless. The boys love to sit in this spot because they have a clear view out the front door. Even, Luna has been sitting there lately.

Usually, the pugs take turns sitting there. But, lately, the boys have been sharing the spot. So, to anyone that might pass by the house, beware, we have two pugs on guard duty now.

yes.. you are not seeing double, there are actually 2 of us!!  heehee   Handsome boys, are we not?? But beware if you touch the door knob!  You have now been warned.  (P.S.  a little pugkin bread will go a long way!)

What a pair the boys are.  This is a terrific picture of them.  You can just see their personalities popping out of their eyes and mischief in their manner.

Missed yesterday’s post so didn’t see Luna’s news.  Of course we rejoice with Luna’s news of low grade, clean margins so will concentrate on piling positive thinking on that.  She is such a special puggie and in the best home she could ever be in.  And we get to enjoy her through your photos and comments Corrine.

Sue s - I was just thinking about Proto and Solsie the other day and wondering if you had them still but didn’t quite know how to ask the question.  I hope you have come to terms with the decision.  We know it is so hard.

Grannygoogs - you are back!  I think we are all gobsmacked!  We all kept wondering about you and anxious to have your return.  Your comments are always so fun.  Has it been an adjustment to not have to go down the ‘mountain’ to work?  Welcome back.

Pug hugs,
Huckle chuckles,
& Poopers still a Cooper
(or did I mean that the other way around?)

Well look at this most handsome duo…what a fantastic picture of the boys!!!  Be lucky I’m not living in your neighborhood, Corrine, because I would have to stop in and visit every day, especially with those two to greet me!  Hope Miss Luna is feeling great today.  Please give all 3 a big smooch from me!

I’ll bet everyone who passes your house and sees this wonderful sight wishes they could come in and play!  I think they look sooooo welcoming!  Just maybe your house is referred to as “the pug house”!  What an honor that would be!

What a great photo of the boys handsome as ever and doing a good job of protecting the house how is Miss Luna doing

Huckle how is Cooper doing lately you haven’t mentioned him what has he been up to or should I say into

sue - Does eating a hole in my husband’s suede coat count as bad behavior (glad I wasn’t home when he discovered he had one less coat)?
Other than that and the fact that he (Cooper)poops with abandon, I guess he is doing all right.  He still falls off of chairs - or rather leaks slowly as if he’s being poured from the chair.  He’s all legs akimbo and will sleep with his head hanging over the edge and practically touching the floor.  For some reason, he finds that weird posture relaxing.  And one day he got ahold of my “water” pills bottle destroying that.  I don’t know whether he ate any of the pills, but something to make him pee is NOT necessary.  In other words, Cooper is being Cooper.  Thanks for asking.

What a handsome pair of boys. I would love to smooch their faces! All those yummy wrinkles!

And I’m with Heather! This may sound threatening.. wink but yes, you’re lucky Corrine that I don’t live in your neighborhood! I would be stopping by all the time for kisses for the babies! Cupid too!! smile

And Huckle ~ You always make me laugh with your Cooper stories. I can just see him pouring off of a chair. I love it. Good Luck with him.

Pug Hugs to all! Gina & Pip

Ah, Huckle, the pictures you “draw” of Cooper are hysterical!  I have so much fun reading your entries and you always cheer me up!  I am soooo proud of you for keeping your wonderful sense of humor in the face of having Cooper.  He truly sounds like a challenge and I’d be tearing my hair out by now…I am truly hoping that he’ll be better when he’s all grown up.  Hang in there!
