Even Messier Eater

Luna

The pictures aren't the best, but I had to post them to show just how messy of an eater Luna really is. I know we have touched on the subject before, but just look at her placemat. This week's veggie was lima beans and somehow the little girl has managed to get lima beans from one end of the kitchen to the other.

I bet you get each and every one of those lima beans in the end, don’t you Miss Luna??

Sue VDB:  Pugs n kisses for speedy recovery wishes!

Haha! So cute! In our house no food touches the floor, it is inhaled too fast!

Luna says “Laugh if you will, but at the end of the meal, my tummy is full.”
Birdy was a messy eater too.  My gosh, all over the floor, her forehead, everywhere!

maybe it just tastes better to her from the carpet instead of the bowl. grin

Luna has figured out that food that is round-moves, so to keep the food from rolling away-she puts it on the mat so it will stay put! Give Luna an A+ for foodology class! She is smarter than the average bear(as yogi would say)!

And for what it’s worth, my boys prefer eating their nuggets off the floor too, Miss Luna!

Little Luna is not a conformer.  She prefers to do things her own way.  Besides, the food lasts longer if you have to go searching for each piece.

As long as it ends up in the right place, the tummy, consider it “creative eating”!

I don’t know how or why but the messiness makes her cuter!!!

Messy?!!  I’ll say she is, but Nevis is right.  It’s so unexpected from her that it makes it cute.  Do the boys ever edge over to help her clean up?  Our Bennie would be more than happy to come help.

Is she going to eat those lima beans?  Or have they been rejected ROFL?
