Roadblock

Benjamin and Cupid

We have a doggie door that lets the pugs go out to the screened in pool area. The pugs use it, but Cupid, the cat, uses it the most. She loves to go out and roam around the screened in enclosure and when the weather is nice you can always find her napping on one of the chairs outside.

Cupid's only problem is that the pugs like to hang out in front of the doggie door and are frequently in her way when she is coming or going. The pugs are pretty much oblivious to Cupid trying to get by. So Cupid gingerly makes her way around, all the while being utterly annoyed.

Cupid is such a pretty kitty…love that Ben could give “two licks” about her trying to get in…two licks, get it…hello…is this thing on?!  LOL Think I’ve officially lost the marbles this week, all…I need some serious pug therapy this weekend to recover from this week.

Thanks, as always, for making me smile Corrine!!

TGIF all!!!  Have a wonderful weekend.

I love how Cupid’s face is squished in the first pic! So funny.

And Heather! That was hilarious. I literally laughed out loud. “Is this thing on?!!” Funny stuff.

How cute. Smart Cupid knows she can can in one way or the other. If she talkd pug she would say “MOVE IT BUD or ELSE I WILL!!!!

My day started off losing my dish contrs on the small table next to my bed last night!! I Know, I set up my programs for the day!!!

BUT IS NOT EVEN IN MY ROOM THIS MORNING!!!!! I have shook GiGi’s bed several times (it is next to my bed at night), Aide moved my bed and changed the sheet on my bed…NO REMOTE!!! She pulled my bed out and NO REMOTE! It would not be so bad but my TV is a really old large one and does not work unless I have a remote set up just for it.

Heather, LMAO!

My thought was that, at least Cupid didn’t back up and spray Benny!  Yuck!  Sorry but that came to mind!

WOW!!!  Weekend has changed. Remembered extra wireing under bed for hospital bed. Pulled it out and what should appear but a lost remote sleeping peacefully in the roll of heavy duty wire.

Ok Cupid you are a really smart cat having to live with three pugs!!!  Keep acting like they are not around (unless your are really cold..pugs are really warm!!!

Happy weekend all!!!!

Hellen, glad you found your remote.  Losing the remote can be very frustrating…my grandson sometimes forgets to put it back where it belongs, and of course he doesn’t remember where he placed it.  I can do it on the TV, but it is hard for me to see unless I have a bright light shining just right.

I can see that someone in the household is obviously NOT owned by pugs!

Great comment Martha, so funny.  Didn’t realize I’d missed Friday’s post.  Cupid is all cat, isn’t she!  I love Benny refusing to move or even acknowledge her slipping in the door.
