Tags

I am working on tagging all of the Pug Blog entries to make it easier to navigate the archives. At the bottom of each post you will now see "Filed Under:" with a series of tags that follow. If you click a tag you will see all entries that have been tagged with the keyword you clicked. Tags may be sparse at the moment as I need to manually go through and add tags to each post. Currently, I have 2.5% of entries tagged and with years of posts it is going to take me a while. But, hopefully, I should have all the keywords added after a few months. Even though I am still working on tagging the entries you can still use them to make your way through old posts.

Also, my apologizes to those that subscribe to the RSS feed. There were some issues as I made a few updates to the site. If you continue to see a lot of duplicate posts please send me an email (.(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)) and I will get it fixed as soon as I can.

Opps, wrote this into the wrong place the first time….

My goodness.  I can’t imagine the Herculean task you have before you trying to tag your posts.  It’s a neat idea, but WOW.  Good luck and I hope you know how much your site, your posts, your videos and your PUGS mean to all of us out here in OBP-Land.  Thank you from one very grateful viewer, Abby, and everyone else I’m sure.

I like the tag idea!  Now I’ll be able to easily and leisurely stroll down memory lane through older posts!

Corrine, what don’t you think of!!  But now this has made me wonder when you began OBP.  Maybe some day you can tell us the story of how it all began!

Martha, I’ve been really curious on that one as well.  What a wonderful idea Corrine started with and how it has grown.  If she’d only known in the beginning, eh?  There are a lot of us grateful viewers out here in OBP-land, and curious as well, I am sure.

The Pug Blog was launched on Nov 30, 2004.  The first post was extremely boring.

Posting was pretty light at first, but here is a link to the posts in December 2004.  At the time we were still living in MD.

Just read through your December 2004 posts, and what fun that is! The old pictures are darling. I’m just wondering if the boys ever followed through on their New Year resolutions, ha ha.

I have been getting a good chuckle out of reading the December posts.  I cannot remember when I first logged onto the site and started reading, I do think it was before I actually had a pug, when I was in the thinking about getting a pug stage. I think it was just before the move to Florida.
I have always looked forward to the posts each day.  Amazing how attached I have become to those cute puggies tht I have never met… but then, all of you know what I mean ....  xo
