Luna has a very odd way of chewing. She doesn’t really chew a bone, she mainly gums it. Its hard to explain, so check out the video below. Also, we have bought small rawhide bones just for her and she refuses to chew them. She wants the kind that the boys get.
Luna is Queen of the big stretch. After she has been sitting or sleeping for a bit, she will stand up, stretch her front paws out and lean back with her butt in the air just like in the photo. If she was really relaxing, after she stretches out her front paws, she will stretch out her back legs and lean forward holding her head high. Then she is thoroughly warmed up and ready to keep the boys in line.
G-Ma, G-Pa and Aunt Cayce are in town for a visit and while the pugs are more spoiled than ever they has been so much excitement the pugs are super tired! Whenever there is a quiet moment, I find the pugs somewhere comfy passed out.
I shot this video the other night when I was taking some photos for Sunday’s Fashion Forward post. Luna’s not just an adorable face, she is also a tough, little guard dog.
The boys love a Kong with a dab of peanut butter inside. They will spend hours getting the peanut butter out and Henry will continue to lick and chew the Kong long after the peanut butter is gone. Luna, on the other hand, doesn’t really get the Kong. She will run off with her Kong, lick it a few times and then come running back to me all frustrated, with a look that says, “Why did you hide my peanut butter? I have a bowl you know! You could have just put the peanut butter in my bowl!”
