Happy New Year

This is pretty much how the pugs rang in the new year last night. I guess they wanted to make sure they were well rested for 2010.

So far we are off to a rainy start here in Central Florida. I was hoping to get in a nice walk with the pugs today, but it doesn't look like the weather is going to cooperate. And after it stops raining it is going to be quite chilly here. But, curling up with the pugs on the couch and listening to the rain doesn't sound like a bad idea either.

Holiday

As you read this, G-Ma & G-Pa are making the drive from Maryland to Florida. The pugs love it when G-Ma & G-Pa come to visit because their level of spoiledness jumps to a whole new level. G-Ma is always quick to dole out the treats and G-Pa has a nice big truck that the pugs love to ride in.

With all the action of next week, posting is going to be pretty light and fluffy around here. I'm going to mainly be posting pictures of the pugs and will most likely be pretty light on stories. Things will get back to normal the week after Christmas.

Camped Out

Santa Claus isn't sneaking anything under the tree without Solsey knowing about it.

Sol was very curious about the tree when we were decorating it and now she seems to like napping next to it. When we were putting the tree skirt around the stand, she walked right under the tree to see what we were up to. She was taking a page out of the cat's book.

Black Friday

Happy shopping day to everyone out there. I'm not much of a shopper at all, so black friday is a funny day to me. Getting up in the wee hours of the morning to brave swarms of shoppers to get bargains just doesn't sound like a good time to me. But I am very happy to be celebrating my first holiday season with Solsey. What do you think Santa should bring her?
